Building a movement is a massive and ambitious undertaking. Strong leaders must allow people to see themselves inside the dream, recognize each person‘s unique gifts, meet people’s basic needs, and set an inspirational example to have a chance at a favorable outcome.

Sell a big enough dream that everyone you lead can fit their dream inside the one that you’re selling. Giving people a sense that they are involved in something historic is a key step in how you build culture.

This is something that I take very seriously because I truly want to create a massive movement away from this entrepreneurial burnout
culture and help millions of entrepreneurs create blissful balance both personally and professionally.

So if you are an entrepreneur or you're an inspiring entrepreneur, that is something that you have to think about for yourself in your own movement, like what is the actual dream that you're creating, that you're selling.

You have to think about the six basic human needs that drive us; certainty, uncertainty and variety, significance, love and connection, growth and contribution.

As Tony Robbins says, the more you understand what somebody wants, needs, and fears, the more you can figure out how to add value.

If you are creating that massive movement, you have to understand which of those six basic needs drives the people that you're serving and how you can speak directly to them because that's how you can make your message matter and build that massive movement.
