Welcome to the 1st sermon in our series on waiting for the coming of Christ.

“Advent” means the arrival or coming of something important. This season we will remember all that God has accomplished as we look back at the prayer of Hannah in 1 Samuel 2. She is a powerful image of what it is to trust in the God who will accomplish His good purpose. We will walk through her prayer as we also wait and remember. Remember that Christ has come and waiting, with hope and joy, for His return.
