Today Brigett talks with Connie Sanders co-founder of The Way Home whose mission is recovering a life of thriving faith in the aftermath of spiritual abuse. They discuss all aspects of spriitual abuse and acknowledge abuse is a spectrum with most of us experiencing some form of spiritual abuse. Discussing how our past can affect our perspective in church and how abuse can often be very covert, they dive into a topic that we often want to avoid but need to face because there is hope in the midst. They also applaud those who are leading others to Christ very well and remind others that we need these valuable leaders.
