This book contained a lot of useful recipes for the ten day period. Very prescriptive!

Great diet plan
Ever since I started the Lose Your Belly Diet plan, I have experienced a noticeable increase in energy, less hunger, and fewer cravings for bad foods since the meals keep me satisfied throughout the day. Recommend this book
Bothersome blather
This book lacks scientific facts and cites. It insinuates fast results and insults the reader. Want to gain the title's reward? Fewer calories and more calories burned. This book is not worth reading. Go for a walk instead.
