A question we get asked a lot is at what point should you leave your church. No church is perfect and we need to be believers who show grace towards that.

But there is a point when major issues in leadership or doctrine should cause you to leave a church. If something in the body of Christ needs to be addressed, then we have a responsibility to address it. It’s vital to belong to a church that rightly handles the Word of God with fear and trembling. In this episode, Brody walks through 10 distinctives of a healthy church. He highlights standards that church members should hold when evaluating their church or looking for a church.

No church will get all these distinctives perfect. We need to ask ourselves how we can be a positive voice in the church and not be focused on what we can complain about. Love the church and do your part to make it better. We hope you can use this as a helpful guideline to consider the health of your church.
