10 Easy Steps to Hiring Your First VA | Episode 39

  1. Create a company organizational chart
  2. Do a time audit over the next month, or at least the next two weeks
  3. Write a job description based on those tasks
  4. Decide on your budget for this project or role
  5. Polish and list the job descriptions with "gotcha" spots
  6. Eliminate first round of candidates (let them know you won't be moving forward with them)
  7. Paid skills test
  8. Video interviews with top performers
  9. Hire 2-3 on a trial basis
  10. Review on performance 30, 60, or 90 days later
