In this episode of The Real Build, I had the opportunity to sit down with Leadership, mindset, and business coach Adam Hiltner. Adam and I discussed topics like customer service, why listening more to clients is so important, and leadership strategies in the Construction business.
Adam is a Marine Corps Veteran with proven leadership skills and a passion for small businesses that focus on the gratifying work of physical labor and skilled trades. He helps people from all backgrounds understand the impact leadership can have on every aspect of life. He coaches leaders and business owners in multiple industries, including remodelers, professional artists, authors, speakers, and non-profits.
Adam brings his own experience from his years spent in the skilled trades along with the 15 plus years he’s worked directly with people as a coach in various ways. He helps extraordinary people become who they need to BE to have a massive impact on the world.
