Many of us yoga teachers struggle with conditions (physical illnesses of all sorts, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, PTSD, and more). Dawn, who has had Diabetes for about 30 years, vulnerably speaks to the the importance of harmonizing with ALL of ourselves including the "conditions" which we co-exist with. These often are the pieces & parts of ourself that we like to hide in the shadows. Dawn offers some insight on how to go from managing & controlling to harmonizing & embracing.
