Even with an active life and healthy habits, Liz gained a lot of weight in both of her pregnancies but was able to lose it all by leaning on discipline, consistency, and simple habits.

 

In our talk, she shares the circumstances surrounding her pregnancies, how exactly she was able to lose the weight and keep it off, and her tips for creating consistency and a healthy mindset.

 

 Some big takeaways are:

  1. Weight loss is not linear and you can’t put a time stamp on it.
  2. The more you focus on your mindset, instead of the outcome, the better off you’ll be.
  3. Motivation comes from action, not from willpower.
