The week Rob interviews Pro Sarah Piampiano. She's had a stellar season this year, with wins at Ironman Vineman and 70.3 New Orleans, as well as finishing 7th in Kona.  What's most interesting is her back story - she came to triathlon late, as a successful Wall Street worker who smoked 2 packs a day, and only did her first triathlon after being challenged by a friend! She was instantly bitten by the bug, and triathlon proved the impetus she needed to make positive change in her life.
