This morning we discuss how an Eruv works to allow carrying objects outside on Shabbat, and how the rabbis could circumvent a Biblical prohibition (hint: they didn't). We also describe the responsibility each person using an Eruv has, to check the boundary, and to know where to go and what to look for.
