109. Would You Stay With Me??

Les Chat family is going to BALI!!!! This week's episode we started of with shout outs to those that book their spot for our group 2025 Bali trip! Then we jump into to some hypothetical couple questions from Therapyjeff's IG page.

Would you stay with me if:

1. I changed my political affiliation to the other side?

2. I wanted to be physically intimate with you 50% less often? How about 75% less often?

3. I had to move somewhere 3000 miles away for a year, which meant we’d be in a long-distance relationship?

4. I changed my mind about having kids with you, wanting the opposite of what we originally planned.

5. I told you that I cheated on you once at the start of the relationship but never did it again because I felt horrible.

6. I either became devoutly religious or devoutly atheist.

7. I decided to stop using social media and get rid of my smartphone. In fact, I’m only going to use a dumb phone, and I need you to do the same, or I won’t stay with you.

8. I decided to quit my job, take out a huge loan, go back to school, and pursue a PhD that would take five years to complete.

9. I wanted to become a social media influencer and podcaster, sharing personal stories that often come from our relationship and time together.

10. I became really good friends with someone you hated. Like your arch nemesis or something.

Family Meeting:

I'm in a relationship with a bi woman from Peru who has come out to her friends, colleagues and a small part of her family (siblings, cousins). Her parents, however, are very catholic and not supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. They think we are only friends. I'm okay with my gf not coming out to them, but since she has a close relationship with her parents, I don't know if our relationship should be a secret in the long-term. On the other hand, I'm afraid that revealing our relationship will bring hardships to her and destroy her relationship with her parents. Do you have any advice or experience with this?

So I’ve been dating this girl for almost 2 years. Everything has been great except one little thing, sometimes girls grab her butt and she doesn't say anything because she said she’s not the type of girl to talk back. Girls flirt with her & grab her collar shirt and she doesn't tell them anything because she doesn’t want to be mean. I’m a baby gay and she’s been out since she was 14 and currently she’s 25 and I’m 22. She keeps mentioning marriage but I don’t know what to do or how to feel because of those situations. I’ve tried talking to her but she just doesn’t listen and ends up getting angry and shuts me down, I'm just scared to get hurt again I don’t know what to do anymore…
