This episode discusses a topic I run into a lot of my coaching clients, so I wanted to share this with you!  

Main take Aways:

  • If you want things to be different, to change, you HAVE to change some things. 
  • It’s better to change a little in all the health buckets (nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mindset) than a lot in just one of those areas. 
  • Don’t get stuck in the butts and the why not.  Try on the what ifs and how can I’s because you can do more than you think if you think about it for a bit.  Noodle it for a while. 
  • Believe what you are doing is going to make a difference. This will help you keep going. 
  • Just begin, and you will uplevel and modify your plan with time. 

Simple right? 

Ha!  It’s simple, not easy.  But it's totally worth it. You are worth it.
