Brian Walshe, a 47-year-old man from Massachusetts, has been charged with the murder of his wife, Ana Walshe, and improperly disposing of her body. Prosecutors have laid out evidence against Walshe, including blood and personal items found in the garbage, phone data, and Google searches related to dismemberment and disposal of a body. Despite the evidence presented, Walshe's lawyer Tracy Miner claims that they have not received "basic" discovery materials and suggested that the prosecution's case may not be strong. A grand jury is reviewing the case and a status hearing is set for March 1.
