After 13 years as a political manager and strategist, Deon retired to focus her time and attention on her purpose - helping women thrive. She focused on solving the biggest problem in business - how to start a successful business, how to grow that business, and how to Make More Money. After losing 100% of her marketing company's clients in just 13 days due to COVID she decided to use the quiet space to fully develop The Ambition Planner.
