Hello everybody! On today's show we had on Special Guest Kathleen Lopez! Katie is a mother, dietician and a woman of Christ. She had lived her entire life with digestive issues until she discovered the diet that fit her best. She had tried vegan and vegetarian for years, but that still didn't help her stomach issues. It wasn't until she discovered keto that she was free from the ills of food. Now she helps people regain their health by making positive choices that are best for their body.
In today's episode Katie gives us a run down of what she was suffering through as a child, up until she was 35 years old. We get in-depth into her dietary woes and Mimi asks some great questions that really can help women with dietary issues they may be having. We also finish it up with talking about some very strange occurrences in Katie's family lineage. From having the name John Dee run in her family as well as the Boy's Town School that was part of the Franklin Scandal and even orphan trains, she has a unique look into these "conspiracy theories" that are being uncovered.
