We cover the obvious, what is Traditionalism, and why has it become one of the most influential yet misunderstood ideological currents of the modern era?We explore the origins of Traditionalist philosophy through the lives and ideas of René Guénon and Julius Evola, examining their critique of modernity, belief in cyclical history, and vision of a lost sacred order that once united humanity. We break down concepts like the Kali Yuga, the Perennial Tradition, spiritual hierarchy, initiation, and the revolt against the modern world.

From there, we investigate how Alexander Dugin transformed Traditionalist philosophy into a geopolitical worldview through his theories of multipolarity, civilizational conflict, and the struggle against liberal globalism. How did Dugin synthesize the metaphysics of Guénon, the warrior ethos of Evola, the philosophy of Martin Heidegger, and elements of esoteric and occult traditions into a single ideological framework? Using Chaos magic as a tool for accelerationism.

We also examine the controversial connections between Traditionalism and figures such as Aleister Crowley, exploring how concepts of initiation, transformation, will, and spiritual warfare were adapted by later thinkers.
