What also happens when we lean into the truth that rest IS productive and feeds our creativity, innovation, AND creates grounded, centered, aligned living if we'll listen! What will make this season sacred for you?

Each Monday and Thursday from (started 11/17/25 through 1/1/26), you'll receive an email with a letter written to your heart and a reminder with a link to the audio for that day.
