As we are closing another year many will turn their attention towards getting healthy and losing weight. I have been asked if there is a secret in achieving health goals? While there is no big secret, we must eat a healthy diet and exercise there is a practice that does guarantee long term results. I call this “The PROCESS.” In this episode I will describe this practice and how I used it to win my eight bodybuilding championship at the age of 60-years.
