  • Rice ~60g
  • Millet ~120g
  • Lotus seeds (without the heart stem)
  • ~30g Goji Berries
  • ~10g (If you want to have the porridge in dessert style, you can add some brown sugar to it)


Procedure: Cook the above content together until the lotus seeds, rice, and millet soften and the porridge thickens.
