Philip:（10:31 complete answer）1)The biggest personal change I've been through literally was how do I rebound after losing my job. My trip, the project I'm currently doing is called “My Ultimate Leap of Faith.” It's basically you succeed or die. That's the kind of mindset I'm in at the moment. This was the biggest personal change I've been through. 我最大的改变就是我如何从失去我的工作反弹回来。我现在正在做的旅行项目我称它叫，终极信心一跃，也就是不成功就成仁。这就是我目前的心态。也是我目前经历的最大的个人变化。2)One of the reasons for this is because after a lot of thinking, actually I figured out why it was so challenging for me because when you are in the system where you are at school or in an academic place or at work all the time, it's the same kind of structure. Someone gives you work, you do the tasks, and the work is done. 其中的一个原因就是在我想了很多之后，我就了解到为何这对我这么的難是因为我们在学校的环境里，经常是有一样的结构，别人给你工作，你把它做完，然后，工作就完成了。3)When you want to make it in an industry and you are not lucky, you don't have the chance to actually be accepted by a company to give you the opportunity to get better at this. You actually did it on your own. So you become from active to proactive. 当你想要在一个领域成功，你就没这么幸运了，你不会有公司给你机会去做得更好，你其实是自己完成的，所以你必须从主动变得积极。4)And this is extremely difficult for me to do because I'm a very lazy person who loves to make things as simple as possible, to just take as less efforts as I can, not because I don't want to get the job done, just because I think that the more efficient you can be, the more things you can do in the end.
