How do I deal with negative people? 我是如何處理負面的人?
In the past, I might have reacted with anger and avoided or escaped from the person. Typically, I would feel angry, such as when facing negative comments on a podcast. Then, I would address the points they raised by sharing my perspective and suggesting they take my views as a reference.
過去可能會生氣,逃避這個人,通常我會感覺生氣,譬如面對播客上的負面評論,我會就他說的點提出我的看法,告訴他參考參考就好。
