From my personal experience, I’ve noticed that my classic ADHD has shifted—my hyperactivity has decreased, and my sympathetic nervous system now perceives threats differently. I believe I’ve transitioned to inattentive ADHD. While I respect the concept of the seven ADHD types, I find the process of moving between them quite uncomfortable.


The Good News for Autistic Children:

There’s a possibility that activating the Cardiac Vagal Nerve through techniques like Braham or Box Breathing could support speech development via the laryngeal nerve.


However, I do not recommend Box Breathing for individuals with AuDHD due to the ADHD component.


That said, for everyone—listening to 639Hz Heart Coherence frequencies may help regulate the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and promote balance.
