Meg is a mom of three, pharmacist and functional medicine practitioner.  Meg’s practice is focused on helping people reset their digestion, reduce inflammatory symptoms, balance hormones, get more energy, reduce anxiety, and restore their immune system.

This episode kicks off with our guest, Meg, sharing her background and how she moved from pharmacist to functional medicine provider.

Meg and Kari move into discussing our topic for the week, headaches.  Meg noticed that in her practice she was encountering patients on a regular basis that were suffering with headaches, with varying degrees of severity. Meg and Kari talk about some of the root causes for headaches (environment, food sensitivities, hormones, stress) and things we can start doing today to track our own headaches and the changes we can make toward healing.
