On Episode 188 I sit down with Mary Ruiz. Mary is a 10-year Army Veteran who is married to my friend Vince who has also been on this show. Together they created H-Hour, LLC. which is their coaching/consulting business that works on helping others ask their next best question and also helps them challenge their own beliefs in order to grow.

Mary is also a reading interventionist for 5th and 6th-grade students where she helps students with different strategies to help them grow and succeed in their reading and also works to identify possible early learning disabilities.
