Craig Martin is a former Military Paratrooper who has completed multiple overseas deployments to locations throughout his long career, including locations such as Afghanistan and East Timor. In this week's episode, Craig discusses what it's like to be shot at in combat, living in a war zone, celebrating his 21st birthday in Afghanistan, the challenges of integrating back into civilian life, his passion for hard physical training, healing modalities such as cold therapy, his professional MMA fights, fighting above his weight-class, his childhood growing up in rural Australia, controlled and uncontrolled violence, the importance of loyalty and mate-ship, his love for his children and much much more.
Tough on the exterior, sincere and kind on the inside, Craig's willingness to be vulnerable is the true measure of his strength in my opinion.
