On Episode 195 I sit down with Dave Colina. Dave is the Founder and CEO of O2, an award-winning beverage brand and a proud sponsor of the CrossFit Games.

Dave graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in International Business. From there, he spent a few years in corporate strategy at a Fortune 100 financial services company. After three years, he decided to launch a non-profit charter high school in Columbus, OH. called Cristo Rey.

After a few more years in the corporate world, he decided to quit his day job, coach CrossFit, and set out to create a healthier sports drink that launched out of the back of his car in 2014. The rest is history.
