One of my favorite aspects of this Web 3.0 and NFT space is the pace of innovation and how we are often building on concepts that other web 3.0 categories have deployed and tested. 

In this case "staking crypto" has been around for a long while but with NFTs has only recently become common place in many NFT projects and I believe will be the norm over the next couple months. 

What is Staking exactly?  In my words it's: Locking your NFT within another contract or protocol that will provide benefits for the NFT holder and also help shrink the supply for sale and commit the holders to holding for a period of time benefiting the NFT project founders.

In this episode, I breakdown why and how this works as I've been staking NFTs since November of 2021 and I believe there are some lessons I've learned that I hope will help everyone evaluate if this is a play for them.
