In this episode, Megan speaks to Sheldon Beers. Sheldon is an amazing SoulCycle instructor, husband, dog lover and spirit junkie. Megan met Sheldon in Atlanta when they briefly taught at the same cycling studio and they have been friends ever since. In the conversation, Sheldon opens up about his experiences with depression, addiction, sexuality and essentially how he went from a failed suicide attempt to believing that he was alive for a bigger reason.
