Wye is joined again this year by Josh Buchanan (@joshNFLDraft) who is the scouting industry preeminent small school expert. He just completed his third year as college recruiter for the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. He has been providing the most accurate Small School Draft Bigboard since 2003.
