On Episode 214 I sit down with Lukas Augenstein. Lukas is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots who I have gotten to know better over the last year or so since he joined the gym.

Lukas is a chef who works at an outdoor education facility in the mountains and has also worked in restaurants all around the world. Lukas was also named a captain for the 2023 CrossFit Roots Intramural Open. When he's not cooking or doing CrossFit he always has to be moving because he has a hard time sitting still. That will become obvious to everyone listening fairly quickly during this episode.
