This evening I decided I would do nothing, no reading, no writing, no training, no learning.

What I discovered was it was really boring, I usually don't suffer from boredom, it kind if feels like being lazy and confused.

I know I could do some stuff to over come it but I figured I'd ride it out and see what I can learn.

What I learnt is being bored is a choice.
