3. They are active listeners

5. They are great problem solvers
6. They never meet there needs at someone else’s expense
7. They admit when they are wrong (They do a daily debrief)
8. They are mentors, not a preachers
9. They smile and laugh
10. They don’t take themselves too seriously
11. They give lots of “real” praise
12. They learn the personal stuff about their team
