We clean up our house before someone comes over. We shamefully sit and watch a show when we "should" be putting laundry away. We hang our head low when we grocery shop in the middle of the day because, "what will people think if I'm not a working mom?". We change how we respond to our kids when we're in public. We skip our workout to answer more emails or stay late to get "one more thing done." Why? Probably because of our own limiting beliefs and insecurities but we label it as others' judgements. And god forbid anyone thinks something bad of us? Seriously though, the thought is awful. So, how do we begin to move away form this and live how we WANT to live, free from the fear of judgement and free from our own limiting beliefs?
