Many of us are prompted to make changes in our life after receiving some type of messaging. Whether it's after seeing how a friend is working out or feeding her kids, or hearing on social media that you're a horrible human if you burn candles in your home or that you're destroying your kids if you let them watch TV, we then will often very quickly try and change what we're doing because we are ashamed and embarrassed.
