The Liberating World of AuDHD is an account of my last five years, being diagnosed with ADHD in December 2019 and Autism in July 2023, and to be completely honest, we are left to carry on with no after service, no advice….We are literally shown the door and while we go to Psychologists that we have to find ourselves that have no clue about Neurodiversity and to our PHYciatrists who give us medication to keep the pharmaceutical companies pockets lined…. it’s no wonder that people like me provide solutions to the community …because they offer this!

I talk about having MO as my primary source of suppose, self confidence, ongoing research, lack of employment, preferences in clothing… and this is ultimately a very lonely journey, which most people couldn’t give a monkeys about.

I hope this resonates with you, but Neurodiversity, will, in my opinion never be accepted, so we have no option but to move forward in any capacity we can.
