On Episode 230 I sit down with Eric Christensen. Eric is the owner of CrossFit Roots along with Nicole and is someone that I find to be hilarious and interesting.

On today's episode, we talk about Eric's early days of wrestling, his story about getting into a fight, going to school for Forestry and what he did there, finding CrossFit, meeting Nicole, starting CrossFit Roots, and the journey that they have been on with that ever since 2009. We also talk about how much he values and loves being a Dad.
