As a child, Amanda Han ran around with her cousins, collecting rents on behalf of their non-English-speaking grandparents. After years of working for a big accounting firm, she decided to get back to her roots. Today, she runs an accounting business for individual real estate investors, helping them build generational wealth.

Amanda is equal parts funny, thoughtful, and genius. She gives us tips on S corps, tax deductions, and accelerated deductions. In the next breath, she tells us how she binges on social media once her kids go to sleep.
