There are many in the church that are chronically limiting their response to convicting messages. Plenty of tears are shed, and even commitments made in response, but people still resist surrendering completely to Jesus to make Him their Lord. Jesus is our ultimate example of surrender, signaling that the continual surrendering of our will is crucial for a Christian.
