We talk about how important it is to sell yourself and your program to school administrators and how crucial it can be to build strong relationships with other coaches and teachers at the school.

Building off of his successes and failures at his first head coaching gig, Gonzalez tried to write a blueprint for coaches to follow to feel a little less isolated in a school and help sell the wrestling program and in turn, build it bigger.
