In this episode of the Scaling Media Podcast, Shannon shares an overview of Fit Excel, and it turns out that Fit Excel is not an accounting company but an actual business to help gym owners. Before establishing his agency, he first worked as a salesman which led to his interest in the fitness industry. As his interest grew, he decided to launch his own agency, and last August 2017, Fit Excel was born. He believed that entrepreneurship buys freedom because work aims to make the world a better place, and people should create a structure to get it. Shannon states the most important aspect of going through hardship is learning because mistakes and challenges can lead to change and make people do better.
