The glorious doc "Electric Boogaloo" tells the wild tale of Cannon Films, the studio that gave us "Lifeforce," "Masters of the Universe," and "Death Wish 2," as well the Oscar-nominated film "A Cry in the Dark." It screens Sept. 17 in San Diego at Landmark's Hillcrest Cinemas but will be available online and on DVD Sept. 29.
