My name is Andrew Ragusa; I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Plainview, NY. I am a real estate investor, and I am a licensed by the state on New York as a Real Estate Instructor. I own and operate a real estate fund which invests other people’s money into houses and profit shares with the investors. I go way beyond the standard everyday role of a R.E. Broker because I not only help people buy and sell house but I also manage construction projects and help others create long term wealth in real estate.

I teach real estate agents how to increase their sales production and expand their mindset to think well beyond the traditional real estate agent role. I really like to help them focus on thinking of different ways to create multiple income streams for themselves and teach them how to create overall great businesses. I have set up my own life to be completely funded by passive income streams and since doing so I live life on my terms. I spend all of my time now focused on businesses which help others learn to do exactly what I do and trying to teach others to adopt a similar mindset as mine where I constantly focus on opportunity without needing another person to think for me.
