Tom co-founded Bloom after five years of development, asset management, and investment experience at FTSE 100 REIT SEGRO. He was also CEO and Co-founder of a data analytics PropTech start-up named GeoHood with Antler VC, and has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Bloom transforms under-utilised assets in London's inner city into 'ultra-urban' warehouse estates/hubs for operators across last-mile distribution, trade counter, storage, e-mobility, dark kitchens, retail, e-commerce & food/grocery delivery amongst other users.
