It was my absolute honor and pleasure to sit and have this vulnerable chat with my good friend and sis, Nazia Dora (formerly Frank!). One of my first memories of Nazia was realizing she knew God in a way that I didn't, I was immediately intrigued. As you may realize from my last episode, I've been on a journey of rediscovering who I am to/with God and what that connection looks like now v when I was growing up.

Nazia shares her journey and discusses what her journey with God has always been like. I view Nazia as the ultimate equalizer, 'the bridger of gaps' if you will, so it was important that I have this open and vulnerable conversation with her given my history with God and religion. Nazia held space for me and made me feel scene; I am othered in multiple ways but Nazia created a space where I could still see myself as a child of God.
