Ever find yourself being asked where you want to go eat and saying "It doesn't matter." Except it does. You really DO have an opinion, you're just worried about what people might think or that someone won't like your suggestion so you play Switzerland. 

Enough! 

As a recovering people pleaser, I'm sharing some of the obvious and not so obvious ways that I fell into this category and more importantly, how I'm choosing myself more and more everyday over other. Selfish? For sure. Because at the end of my life, I want to be confident in knowing that I valued my own opinion over the opinion of Susie down the street or Aunt Linda or Jessica from senior year.
