Each Soul Dance Meditation in October is designed to help you connect with the Source of Limitless Abundance and become a clear vessel for that limitless good to flow into all area of your life. 

Abundance is not something we must learn to acquire, attract or achieve. True abundance is a quality of our Essential Self. And when we learn to work with universal principles we create a clear pathway for abundance flow through us. This October and November, inspired by Derek Rydall’s The Abundance Project, we will learn the 7 Principles that activate the flow of abundance in all areas of our lives.

These Principles are:

1. Giving Out (the principle of circulation)

2. Giving Away (clearing a space)

3. Giving Up (old idea that keep us stuck)

4. Giving In (yielding to a larger vision trying to emerge)

5. Giving Thanks (the principle of gratitude)

6. Giving to Yourself (the principle of receiving)

7. Forgiving (clearing stagnant energy)
