I wanted to touch on this topic today because I know there’s a lot of talk about social media and why we need to monitor it for our mental health.

We know the typical things about social media that is pretty detrimental to your mental health like;

- Not waking up and opening socials first thing
- Limiting screen time before bed
- Limiting screen time in general

But I don’t think there’s much chat about the specific things we intake as much and I personally found what I talk about today more useful for my own mental health.
