This weeks word is BALANCE. In the new paradigm we must learn to first, identify as a multidimensional energy being (5D) and then balance that with living in the 3D physical world of form. It is a new way at looking at living a balanced life. Our physical reality is a reflection of our vibration and frequency. When you change that, you change your reality. Your vibration and frequency is connected to your feelings - your emotional state. When you turn inward and connect with the feelings of your inner being you will create a different reality than you do being focused on your outside world. As Einstein is famous for saying, “Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
