This week's word is Compassion. It is a high vibrational word! Compassion is one of the human traits that we take for granted, but one that is needed today more than ever. This week we'll explore what it means in the New Paradigm and how important it is to let go of any judgement to be a fully compassionate person. Plus, as usual, it important to begin with self compassion. We have to understand what it means within, before we can demonstrate it in the outside world.
